Well, I think the fanatic following of the Air Max 95 is well deserved because it is truly one of the top sneakers of all time. The gradation design looks great, colors are good, the shape is brilliant, they just feel good and look good.

I'm not too crazy about the green/grey ones though. I know they're really collectible and all but they just don't look as good as my personal favourites, the blue Holiday model. And if I could get the all-white model, which I think was only a prototype, I'd be real happy.

I bought my summer'95s in Mexico. Which is probably about the only place on the planet where they are still available. Try Los Angeles. I have been to the most unlikely places to look through old storage. Like the Compton Swapmeet. Only to be told that the Japanese beat me to it. But I hear they're turning away from hi-tech over there now. Going lo-pro. So maybe I'll get lucky. And I'm not that picky about originals so I'm looking forward to the re-make, coming, so they say, this summer or fall. And I think the Air Max 98 looks pretty promising too, as compared to the not so nice models that have come out under that proud name lately.
